Our oenological expertise

We have dedicated building B to oenological activities. Here, we combine the storage, formulation, and packaging of oenological specialties. This centralized approach not only guarantees the quality of our products but also their safety and compliance.

Optimized organization of building B

Infrastructure and storage

At the heart of building B lies a rack storage hall. This arrangement allows us to efficiently store raw materials (RM) and packaging while preventing any external contamination.

Dedicated production workshops

We have several specialized workshops within Building B, each equipped to meet specific needs:

Mixer

A workshop with a mixer for the formulation of tannins and charcoal-based specialties.

Packaging

A packaging workshop for tannins and charcoal-based specialties, with capacities ranging from 500 g to 25 kg.

Enzyme

A workshop dedicated to enzyme formulation.

50 g to 1 kg

Another workshop for packaging enzymes, with formats from 50 g to 1 kg.

Gum arabic

A specific line for the solutioning of gum arabic.

Flexibility

These facilities are designed to ensure maximum flexibility and quality in our production processes.

Cleaning and safety practices

We maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our equipment by exclusively using the washing area of building B. This strict practice allows us to maintain a high level of safety and compliance, aligned with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plan.
